You can always turn to the things you have around your home to achieve beauty. Your routine doesn't always have to involve expensive products and tools to get the desired look you want to go for. Lets move on to what some of these household items are.

Use Flat Beer to Volumize Your Hair: Beer is loaded with proteins that strengthen the hair's cuticle, adding body to limp strands. The sugars in beer tighten the hair cuticles for increased shine. After shampooing, pour 1 cup of flat beer through your hair. Relax for 10-20 minutes. Rinse and style as usual.

Use Tea Bags to De-Puff Your Eyes: In the morning, simply brew a few cups of tea (black, green, or white) and save the tea bags. Placed over closed eyes, they can quickly make puffiness and dark under eye circles disappear. These teas have natural anti inflammatory properties that can take down swelling. Sip at least one cup of green or white tea a day. Both are among the best anti-aging beverages a woman can drink because they are loaded with antioxidants that keep your skin looking young.

Use Lemon Peels to Even Out Your Skin Tone: Lemons are miracle ingredients for uneven skin tone. They have high levels of vitamin C that mildly exfoliate the skin, promoting skin cell turnover and helping to fade away discoloration.

Use Overripe Bananas to Hydrate Your Hair: When a banana is past it's prime, It's actually perfect for conditioning your hair. Bananas are rich in vitamins and natural oils that increase the softness of your hair. Place 1/4 overripe banana and 1/2 cup olive oil in a food processor, blend on high until completely smooth. Smooth over damp hair and wait 5-10 minutes, rinse and then shampoo and condition as usual.

Use Rice Water to Give Your Skin a Youth Boost: Rice water is loaded with pitera, a by product of yeast that's rich in skin nourishing vitamins, minerals, amino acids and proteins. Pitera also exfoliates dead skin cells and cleans out pores for an instantly youthful glow. Once you've cooked your rice, strain and pour the liquid into a small bottle. Chill and after washing your face, sweep it over your complexion. Keep for two weeks in the fridge.

I hope this post inspires you to try some of these out, be sure to let me know if you have and what your thoughts were. Have a beautiful day everyone!!!
